Chicken, Pizza Cause Illness

Last night I got the boneless chicken, a stuffed crust pizza and had the chicken first. After i finished the chicken i had two slices of the pizza and that was it before bed. Next thing i know Im waking up at 4am with the runs and horrible vomiting  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
