Ordered pizza and potato tots on Saturday 11 September. Woke a few hours later with severe abdominal pain, headaches, cold sweat and diarrhoea. Partner has similar symptomns but less severe  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache, Other, Sweating
