Birthday Pizza Turns Nightmare

I thought that I was going to be enjoying a pizza for my birthday, but instead I ended up with the worst food poisoning I've ever had in my life. 10 out of 10 would never recommend Papa John's. I'm actually still very sick and in the hospital, but I should recover in a few days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
