I ate a half of a large pizza order number #1197431594 for half Canadian bacon. Not even an hour after eating it I was almost needed to be rushed to the hospital because I threw up all of the food and it contained blood.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
