Food Safety Reports: Papa John's Pizza, North Lake Pleasant Parkway, Peoria, AZ, United States

Ate a few pieces of pizza and some cheesy bread. Seemed good, but about 30 mins after was in the bathroom throwing up with massive diarrhea. My mom ate the same thing and we were switching off in the bathroom. Horrible experience. Will never eat anything from this location again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
