My wife and I got a Papa John's the works large Pizza of 26 Dec 2025 approximately 1:29pm about 8:30pm Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, and Stomach Pain started we went to the Emergency Room about 6am the next morning after my wife passed out and hit her head.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
