Pizza Dinner Illness Outbreak - Papa John's, Fairborn Ohio

I got a large pizza and breadsticks for my family to have for dinner on 12/26/21. It showed up late and colder then expected I got a refund for the pizza but now my whole family has food poisoning! Myself and my three year old son where hit the worst I've been up either puking or having extreme diarrhea all night same with my son but not as bad thank God. Its the only thing we all ate together and we are all experiencing the same problem | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
