I ate a deluxe pizza ordered by Girl Scouts of Southwest Texas and within 30-45 minutes became violently ill. I am still recovering with stomach pain, back pain, and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
