Pizza, Wings Trigger Illness

After ordering a pizza and wings I became seriously ill. I woke up the following day with vomiting and diarrhea, accompanied with headache and severe stomach cramps. It is awful, as this was yesterday I ordered the food. I have been ill all day!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps
