Mother and I went to dinner. Had prime filet mignion, Brussels sprouts, and Mac n cheese. Both woke up at 1 in morning profusely vomiting and having diarrhea. Have been in bed all next day feeling weak and sipping on water.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness
