My large group got sick after traveling 4/2018. We contacted the resort and the had no solutions for us. Some had to go to the hospital for ecoli.

Sudden onset after 3 days in of malaise, severe nausea/abd cramping, low grade fever, and a productive cough on the second day of symptoms., Returned home after 5 days and feeling worse. Like food poisoning mixed with the flu.
