Food Safety Reports: Pei Wei, Belt Line Road, Addison, TX, USA

I ate orange chicken and brown rice on 3/22 at noon. By midnight I was nauseated and was puking by 4 AM, 8 AM then noon. I had diarrhea between 8 AM and Noon as well as chills and severe stomach and back cramps. I notified the manager at Pei Wei on Sunday 3/24 but never heard back.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
