Burger & Soup Illness

I went to eat perkins last night, i got a burger and a bowl of soup, by the time i got home i was projectile vomiting, i had really bad diarrhea and headaches and i woke up with a fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
