Went to a birthday party at the zoo. The Zoo provided pizza for the guests. Ate a couple pieces and abut 12-16 hours later, I vomited all over. I had it coming out of both ends, terrible stomach pain. This went on throughout the next night, and
I missed a days work. I hear now the Zoo is trying to paw this off on the pizza place, even though the zoo actually uses that brand as the food supplier for the parties. No one wants to take accountability for over 14 people being VIOLENTLY ill. So, the Zoo can charge for the parties, but doesn't take responsibility for the food they serve, does that seem fair? Because no other people were sick at OTHER parties that went on, during that same day, all of our suffering doesn't mean a thing to them. They can shrug it off. Meanwhile a 3 year olds birthday at the zoo was RUINED by 6 the Pizzas served by the Phoenix Zoo.

Ate the pizza at the party about 15 hrs later I was vomiting uncontrollably, followed by fever body aches and diarrhea. I was unable to keep anything down for 24hrs. It took 3 days to finally feel normal again. My daughter also was sick with the same symptoms

I attended a birthday party there on the 12th of October. The zoo provided pizza, cake, ice cream, and lemonade. On the following day, symptoms began. I spent the day throwing up, and missed work. Later that day learned that almost everyone who attended the birthday party
was seriously ill. Some worse than others. The common factor was the pizza that was provided.

Went to child's birthday party was served Hungry Howie's pizza, cake and ice cream on Saturday Oct. 12, 2019. On Sunday night began to feel nausea. By Monday 1 am me and 2 of my grandsons were violently ill throughout the night. Logged into Facebook next morning
at around 8 am and learned that most of the party goers were sick with the same symptoms. Only thing we all have in common was that party.

Ate BBQ and Lemon Pepper boneless wings from Wingstop and about 30 minutes later started feeling sick. Almost an hour later had cramping and 1hr and 30 minutes later diarrhea. 2 hours later projectile vomited all of the wingstop.

We are a family of 4 who each got an empanada and 2 plates of rice with the juice/sauce from the pork. It happened on Sunday, April 14 2023. Symptoms started at 3:00 and 3 out of the 4 were effected and hospitalized for severe dehydration, vomiting,

On Thursday 04 April 24, I ate at Burger King around 7pm, a classic menu with Burger fries. I had a chicken burger, at meal time nothing to report. The evening went normally with no stomachache. I didn't eat anything after that. It was at 2am that
I started to have an extremely stomachache accompanied by vomiting. The first ones were very painful, I vomited 7 times during the night accompanied by uncontrollable diarrhea.
I could not sleep all night, the diarrhea and vomiting continued into the morning.
I didn't eat all day because I was very sick.
I waited until the night of Friday to Saturday with a lot of concern, I was right because I also vomited 6 times and slept very little.
On Sunday morning it is a little better after more than 2 days of fasting.
