Frozen Meal Causes Illness

I ate at 11:54 am and had the Lean Cuisine Teriyaki Chicken Bowl. Symptoms started around 12 hours later with continuous nausea, vomiting, and stomach pain. Symptoms still ongoing as of 5:08 am.Had other food but no one else got sick and the Lean Cuisine was the only other thing I ate.
