Food Safety Reports: Pizza Hut, Long Run Road, White Oak, PA, USA

I just ordered here yesterday evening. Got the big dinner box with bread sticks. I have not been able to stay out of the restroom this morning…. Constant stomach pain. I’m not sure what or why this is happening. Usually don’t have this issue  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
