They still got our waiter to bring it. I ate about 4 bites. Then my stomach started cramping. Within 5 min I was in severe abdominal pain. I had alot of pressure and cramping. I was starting to crying in pain in the restaurant, i had to excuse myself. My husband paid the bill, as i lay in the car. I was in severe pain, I felt so much abdominal pressure that my kidneys were spasming, i was dizzy, nauseous, I felt like I was going to pass out. I became extremely diaphoretic. As soon as I stood up to get out of the car, I projectile vomited 3x. I continued to vomit until my stomach was empty. I then had diarrhea. The stomach pains lasted the night. But I felt completely fine the next day. No one else got sick, including my babies that ate the salad and bread.
