I ate pepperoni pizza with garlic crust and garlic bread sticks from papa John’s . I had only a small amount ended up with horrible stomach cramps followed by diarrhea my 16 year old daughter has same symptoms only worse diarrhea uncontrollable my son 13 had stomach cramps and my husband felt sick and wanted to vomit. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
