My husband and I are so sick about 45 minutes after eating a pan pepperoni and sausage pizza. I did not have the sausage side I had 2 slices and it hit me so bad. He’s a lot taller and bigger and it came on about 30 min after him. I called them and they are going to look into it

Pizza Illness: Severe Vomiting

Had a large pepperoni pizza and within two hours I was vomiting. My husband was also very sick off of his sausage dinner box and was vomiting for 12 hours. Still don’t feel 100% yet.
