Had a few slices of some pineapple/bacon pizza at night, woke up to my stomach pain, followed by some of the most unpleasant vomiting I've ever experienced. Lasted a while too. DISGUSTING FOOD!!!!  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
