Pizza Meal Causes Illness

Purchased bread sticks & small personal pan pizza. Only thing I ate yesterday & 6 hours later I was vomiting, diarrhea & beyond nauseous. Going on the second day of being sick with same symptoms. I have no appetite & can’t keep food down  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
