Pizza Meal Causes Illness

My wife at supper there with her mother, my wife said she ate pizza, mashed potatoes, salad and a pickle.

2.5 hours later she had diarrhea 7 times in the span of 3 hours and had bad nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
