I had lunch on 4/2/18 I had a chicken quesadilla wrap with grilled chicken and ff and a coke. This is all i ate the whole day.. wed morning around 2am on the 4/3/18 I was vomiting and diarrhea all morning long.. Stomach pains almost called 911..  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
