Ordered the $9.50 set for take away on 21/4/26 between 10-11pm. Shared fries with kids (no issue). Ate chicken rice and scone and woke up at 2:14am to vomit. Subsequently feeling sick as per conditions listed above.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Headache
