My partner and I went to the drive thru window around 3pm. We ordered a 2pc spicy chicken combo with mashed potatoes and a 3 pc chicken tender combo with fries. We parked and ate it and then a couple hours later we both experienced severe vomiting and diarrhea and fever.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
