“I ordered the new chicken sandwich and within a few hours I felt sick and was woken up in the middle of the night by nausea and shortly after vomited due to the meal. - comments: person in charge at present the time of inspection does not have a city of chicago sanitation certificate. Priority foundation violation. No citation issued. -
