Chicken Meal Causes Hospitalization

I purchased a 4pcs chicken only. Two hours later, I was feeling nauseous, fever, vomiting etc and three days later, I was hospitalized. It was the only thing I had eaten that day.

Both chicken breasts in box were completely under cooked. Called district manager and her first comment is she will replace my order????? Told her it was not the first time, as I explained to the location Manger at time of this visit I wanted my chicken cooked…

I ate fried chicken and beans and rice. 3 hours later. .. I was naseaua ..throwing up..diarrhea ...dizzy couldnt standup.. stuck in bathroom at work for 5 hours .... including passed out 3 times.
