Pulled Pork Melt Illness

Had a large pulled pork melt around 11:50 AM today. About 2 hours later I had severe diarrhea and uncontrollable vomiting that woke me from sleep with some pre-vomit(?). I haven't eaten anything else today, and even thought that it tasted "off" about halfway through.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
