On Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 2:04pm I purchased 2 sandwiches, I purchased a Turkey club and Turkey Rotisserie with extra Avocado and fountain drink. After eating my sandwich I became very ill, symptoms were bloated stomach, labored breathing, dizziness, diarrhea and I collapsed on the floor.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Bloating, Dizziness
