Soon after eating the salad, i started feeling dizzy and my whole body was aching. After a while and throughout the whole night, i was having falafel going up and out of my mouth occasionally. My stomache ache was terrible and i had diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Dizziness, Stomach Pain, Body Ache, Diarrhea
