My wife and I had a sub and salad from the deli yesterday for lunch. Later that evening we experienced severe vomiting, diarrhea, and chills. It has been 18 hours and we are still experiencing symptoms. I suspect it was from the lettuce or another vegetable. We got different meats and cheeses.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
