Steak burrito. Food poisoning. Lots of vomiting and diarrhea at the store on Hampden. Date was Wed 2/19 Just me. I got sick 6 hours after I ate. The store seemed understaffed with lots of dirty pans in sight but j have eaten there many times

Worker Illness, Tainted Food?

Chicken taco salad - not sure if it was the food or a worker who was sick. She was running the counter but ran to the bathroom to throw up while on duty. I started out with just nausea but it turned to severe stomach cramps and vomiting.
