Ate at qdoba and got a bowl with tahin shrimp. The next day I got the worst stomach burning pain and nausea. I went to that bathroom 7 times with diarrhea yesterday. Today, I have no appetite and heart palpitations  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
