“I purchased 2 cups of coffee from this location across the street from Gwinnett Medical Center while waiting for my girlfriend to finish up at a docor's appointment, I sat in the parking lot and drank my entire cup of coffee after which I noticed bits of hard, brittle plastic not only in my mouth, b... See Moreut at the bottom of the cup as well. After seeing this, I did not allow my girlfriend to drink the cup I'd purchased her but instead returned to the location to speak with a manager who offered me a refund which I declined, but he contacted Human Resources for me. Later that evening, (12/10/2020), I fell violently ill with mostly gastroinestinal issues including diarrhea and vomiting and some cold sweats as I slept that night, but the abdominal pain was the worst of my symptoms as it was the most excrutiating pain ever.
After falling ill, I though back to when I'd spoken with the HR guy "Blake", who asked if he could offer me another cup of coffee for my trouble...."on the house".

“I went to the location. Bathroom blowout! I had stopped going here, because every time I would order my NonFat Latte, I would have a bathroom explosion. I think the problem comes from them keeping the milk out in between orders, and without realizing it, one jug will be out for hours.
So on... See MoreChristmas Day many other locations were either closed or had a long drive thru wait, so my Husband came to this location, forgetting that I had issues here. He got home, and I started drinking my NonFat Latte. About an hour after drinking it, my stomach started making some noises, and my stomach started feeling not good, and expanding, and I went to the restroom and another bathroom explosion. “I was craving some chicken pot pie the other night so I picked up a box from my local store.. I had one the first night i bought it, but the next day I wanted another one. I ended up microwaving it this time instead of baking it because I was extremely hungry. After eating it, i ended up going to be... See Mored. I woke up at 5 in the morning from an extremely bad stomach ache it was the worst kind of pain i've ever felt. I thought to myself it was probably just my period cramps. I went up and took an ibuprofen to help alleviate my symptoms. I literally had intervals of when the pain would end and start up again, I tried to sleep on it but I couldn't because If i was on the verge of falling asleep, It would hit me. So yeah, I had intervals of pain and it was the worst thing in the world, I was screaming and sobbing my eyes out because I had no clue what was going on. I ran to the bathroom every-time constipated and eventually thats when the diarrhea hit me along with throwing up everywhere. It was the worst experience I have ever gone through in my life and I do not wish this on anybody. It has been 7 hours and I am feeling better after puking and pooping my brains out.
