My mom and I ate at this location and their food tasted a little off. We didn't even make it all the way home until we both started feeling sick to our stomach. Less than a week later my mom got appendicitis and went into emergency surgery due to the amount of bacteria in her stomach.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps

Chicken Meal Causes Illness

Severe Combo Meal Reaction

I ate a box combo and 2 hours later, it all hit me. Managed to throw up 6 times in my sleep and s**t out water every 30 minutes. It has been about 14 hours from when I ate this til now, and I feel a little better but very light headed and the sh**s aren’t stopping  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
