Last thing I ate was there sushi and that night my stomach felt weird but the next morning it was feeling messed up! Hella fatigued and achy/ferverish. Non stop vomitting and dry heaving. Todays the 2nd day and im still feeling it, so i have a drs apt in the afternoon.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
