Had shrimp tacos, chips and beans/bean dip there for lunch today and within one hour I was severely nauseated and had to pull over while driving to throw up three times on my way home. Also dizzy, headache and chills.

Romaine Lettuce Illness Alert

I got halfway through the salad when I realized they were still using Romaine. WHY? They source their romaine from Yuma and they are still using it? I hoped for the best. Sure enough, 6 days later, nausea and diarrhea. Will visit the doctor once I can make the trip.
