Purchased a salmon sandwich, meal deal. Daughter age 10 has been very very ill since consuming it, it was the only thing she ate since the day before. Severe diarrhea, vomiting 8 times from 3pm -8pm.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
