Yesterday Sams pizza I threw up three times and a different time I had gotten a Sam’s pizza I had hives all over my face and it itched really bad I always get pepperoni pizza I also had a really bad headache and I’ve had abdominal pain  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Headache, Itching
