The chicken and rice soup tasted extremely sour, and I let the person behind the counter know. It tasted like someone poured vinegar in it. I've been dizzy and nauseous for the last hour, and I had that soup about 6 hours ago.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
