Double Cheeseburger Illness

I had a double cheeseburger with fries and a rootbeer float on Sunday March 2, 2025. It was the only food I had had that day, and a few hours later I was vomiting, had a fever, and had diarrhea and terrible headache. Systems are still ongoing as of today 03/04 but I am starting to feel better.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
