Meat shawerma sandwich it had veggies tahini hummus and pickles, I ate their around 4pm and started feeling sick in the middle of the night vomating twice the following afternoon I was very nauciois and had diarrhea all day also sharp abdominal pains.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
