I ate my normal two bowels of cereal and within 45 minutes I was experiencing the most debilitating diarrhea of my life. This happened to me in March 2022. I purchased the St. Patrick's Day special edition box at CVS. This makes me ask, was your box a special edition version? I had it for 8 days. No need to go to the ER. The only treatment they can give that may help you feel better is fluids via IV. I did not have an appetite so I was only eating a cup of LC daily. Once I was able to narrow down what could be the culprit, I immediately started feeling better because I stopped eating them! Who knew the magically delicious cereal could make you so sick? The Minnesota Department of Health reported having investigated ten suspected norovirus outbreaks from October to the present in various schools, indicating a rise compared to the previous year.
The Bloomington Public School authorities assured that the school premises would be thoroughly sanitized and disinfected. They also reminded the importance of frequent hand-washing and monitoring any symptoms in preventing the spread of such illnesses.
