Bloody Diarrhea After Cereal - Lucky Charms, Laurel Maryland

I ate my normal two bowels of cereal and within 45 minutes I was experiencing the most debilitating diarrhea of my life. It was so bad that I thought I was going to pass out and literally had to fight to stay conscious. I bled in poop. This continued for 36 hours. It was by far the worst food poisoning I have ever experienced.
