Ordered rotisserie chicken via instacart around april 10 2023. Ate it immediately upon delivery.
Hours later I vomited profusely. Couldn't keep water/solids down until 10 hours after the vomiting started. Experienced fever, chills, delirium, severe diahrhrea, lethargy, and multiple other symptoms.
