I had lunch yesterday 29th July 2018, rice, mixed curry, a fried chicken pc and vegetables. Immediately after I finish eating stomach got upset. Was in pain for the rest of the day 7pm onwards my worst nightmare stared with diarrhea and vomiting it went on until 11pm I had to go clinic.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
