Ate this cereal in the morning because I was having hunger pains. An hour later I was profusely vomiting. I emptied my entire stomach from the previous day from vomiting. Was tired and exhausted the entire day and lost my appetite. Pretty sure they changed the formula…

Had a prepackaged Boar's Head Sandwich. I notified management. Had diarrhea, cramping, nausea about 2 hours after I consumed the sandwich.
