Ate this cereal in the morning because I was having hunger pains. An hour later I was profusely vomiting. I emptied my entire stomach from the previous day from vomiting. Was tired and exhausted the entire day and lost my appetite. Pretty sure they changed the formula because the last time I ate the cereal two years ago I didn’t have this issue. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
