I had an iced caramel macchiato with almond milk. and about an hour later I started to feel like headed and I felt as though I was spinning. I went home drank a glass of water and took a 30 min nap. Then I woke up queasy and I threw up and had diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
