Food Safety Reports: Starbucks, Golden Valley Parkway, Lathrop, CA, USA

On 12/31/24, I purchased a cheese and fruit box. Within hours, I was violently ill. By midnight 1/1/25, I required hospitalization and fluids. I am on an antibiotic for a food-borne pathogen and feeling miserable. I reported it to Starbucks and they offered me well wishes and a replacement box!!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
